Good car selection, great Sales rep Jeremy. Arrogant management weren't willing to budge on price at all so not very competitive. Great car. A few delivery issues which were resolved by Jeremy.

I had a good experience purchasing an EQB at Mercedes Benz of Slough. The sales staff weren't pushy, they gave us time to do a proper test drive, allowed us to consider the purchase and our trade in, giving us the flexibility to sell our car separately or at a good price through them. We picked up a slightly low tyre pressure on the way home and they had me bring it in next day, checked it over and resolved the issue without hassle.
