I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Slough because they didn’t mention about the chip on windscreen when I purchased the vehicle

I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service provided by Mercedes-Benz of Slough. Since purchasing my S-Class, I have encountered several ongoing issues with the vehicle. Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous phone calls, I have only received two responses, and none of the concerns have been properly addressed.
It is clear that my case is not being taken seriously, and the lack of urgency and follow-up from the staff suggests a disregard for customer satisfaction. This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and it significantly impacts my willingness to recommend this dealership to family or friends.
I hope Mercedes-Benz will take this feedback seriously and take prompt action to resolve the outstanding issues and improve their customer care.

Mercedes Benz of Slough were great because they were helpful over the phone and friendly in store, my only issue is I was waiting in the store for a while and my deposit took a while to get back to me
